Help students learn back-to-school vocabulary while teaching them quarter and eighth notes (Ta and Ti-Ti). This is a great activity for ESE/ACCESS learners, preschool, and kindergarten. Use call and response to say the word while clapping each syllable. Repeat the word using the rhythm, and they will begin to associate these rhythm patterns with music.

You really make it seem so easy with your presentation but I find this topic to be actually something that I think I would never understand. It seems too complex and very broad for me. I’m looking forward for your next post, I will try to get the hang of it!
